What We Do

Your Total Health and Wellness Coach will be your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.  Whatever your concerns are, we can help you find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for you and help guide and support you to the life you desire. 

A Holistic Approach

We take a holistic approach to life coaching and your health, which means looking at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?   Are you waiting for things to be just right before moving forward?  As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole, and help to eliminate the obstacles that stand in the way of being the person you are meant to be.

No single approach works for everyone


The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has their own nutritional needs.
What you eat literally becomes apart of you; your cells, blood,  immunity, tissues, organs and even your thoughts and feelings. When diet changes, your internal bio chemistry changes and that can effect change in you.  

 

So, when the experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy,” it’s too much of a generalization.  One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. 

 

As a unique individual, your age, health, activity level, blood type, metabolic rate, genetic heritage, lifestyle, and personal preferences are what determine your dietary needs, not generalization.  

 

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.  

True Nourishment


Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
